£300m tax cuts for shops (TAX)
Consideration of £300m tax-cut is in progress by Philip Hammond. This rescue operation will be helping shops in Britain, and it is targeted to most deprived towns.
Rising pressure form domestic firms is actively being considered by the Chancellor. This instant reduction in bills would be introduced starting April 2019 and last for the next two years.
Tens of thousands of jobs are being lost due to the increase in online shops. The ministerial level plan is to include the tax from physical shops to digital firms.
More transparency has been asked from global corporations as they use complex structures to reduce tax bills which domestic companies are losing on.
