1. Junior Operations Research Analyst (Freelance / Consulting)

The Right Person & RACI:
  • Performing duties includes exploring issues in areas of sales, supply chain management, or company productivity.
  • Using mathematical and statistical methods to determine if prices are set at the right levels or if production and delivery practices can be improved to increase profits and efficiency.
  • Establish a culture of continuous business improvement
  • Operations analysts collect data during interviews and from computer system databases, compiling this information into reports for upper-level management to review.
  • Deploy and leverage services innovation strategies inclusive of standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings across operations - strategic thinker
  • You will report to the business director with no subordinates. You may require travelling within and outside of the UK, thus have the right to work and remain in the UK.
  • Typically requires for this role is a minimum of 2 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
Your Credentials:
  • A bachelor's degree in a research-oriented field such as mathematics, engineering, or computer science is necessary or related master's degree.

2. Junior Research and Development Associate (Freelancer / Consulting)

The Right Person & RACI:
  • Manages and directs the research and development programs to meet organisational needs and to capitalise on potential new services.
  • Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques.
  • Oversees complex research projects, analyses results and provides recommendations based on findings.
  • Assesses the scope of research materials and ensures they are on time and within budget.
  • You will report to the business director with no subordinates. You may require travelling within and outside of the UK, thus have the right to work and remain in the UK.
  • Ensure that the project milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Take full responsibility for end-to-end project and actions. You should have sound knowledge of process and mind-mapping.

3. Experienced Sales and Marketing Associate (Freelancing /Consulting)

The Right Person & RACI:
You will support the director in carrying out various strategies and tasks. Compiles, analyses, and reports marketing data and help maintain client relationships. Works with research and development personnel to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
  • Analyses surveys, polls, and additional market research to look for patterns and trends- a strategic thinker
  • Creates graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software
  • Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
  • Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
  • Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials
  • Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
  • Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for marketing managers and directors

4. Strategic Business Analysts (Freelancing /Consulting)

The Right Person & RACI:
  • Recognise business needs and solutions within the context of the overall direction of a company.
  • Develop and implement critical business solutions through information gathering, synthesis, review, and testing.
  • Safeguard and allocate resources, manage implementation schedules, and facilitate meetings.Identify opportunities for cost savings across operations
  • Support in software development and acquisition, systems development, and process management.
  • Hands on knowledge in business process evaluation, business management, analysis and design, business systems analysis and technology, business and IT trends, and requirements documentation.
  • Skilled in practising various research methodologies and can balance the information gathering and human resources aspects of strategic business analysis.
  • Add value to supply chain, manage SWOT and STEEPLE Analysis and make robust and efficient recommendations
  • Typically requires for this role is a minimum of 2 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
Your Credentials:
  • Require powerful motivational and communication skills to successfully interact with a variety of project stakeholders who may have competing interests.
  • Should be able to measure a business decision quickly and develop a relationship with othersinstantly.
  • A University degree in business administration or related field is essential.

5. Business Operations Manager(Freelancing /Consulting)

The Right Person & RACI:

  • Oversee the onboarding of clients for relevant services, including end-to-end payroll relationship, BIK and employment laws
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience of existing and new clients on board
  • Implement quality standards across all contact with customers
  • Deploy and leverage services innovation strategies inclusive of standardisation and continuous improvement.
  • Direct all aspects of day-to-day management of the operations teams
  • Lead the Operations to drive performance and hit defined targets effectively.
  • Lead and execute frequent, consistent and accurate performance and metrics reporting for Operations
  • Adjust business activities to increase speed and efficiency
  • Establish a culture of continuous business improvement
  • Increase cross-business unit collaboration and drive the sharing of Operational Best Practices across business-related functions.
  • Initiative Operations associate’s engagement using effective communications, high-energy recognition programs, open door policy, engagement activities and timely feedback/execution.
  • Gain commitment, alignment and engagements in Business’s Mission, Vision and Values. Ensure adherence to the value set, and if needs are, implement necessary improvement plans with rigour ensuring balanced, objective outputs.

Your Credentials:
  • Min 5 years experience as an Operations Manager post
  • Has worked in outsourcer business, with a payroll background
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary functional teams
  • International leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience leading solution-centre focused organisations a plus.
  • Experience managing a substantialrevenue, client base, with a client-facing role
  • Familiarity with matrix management
  • Excellent relationship management skills. Strong evidence or stakeholder relations management and collaboration.
  • Expert level of proficiency with objective metrics analytics, measurement and reporting.
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Strategic thinker - able to meet/achieve business financial targets
  • Strong executor - ability to work in a changing fast paced environment.
  • Proven proficiency in prioritising critical client issues and managing workflow.
