GDPR is the new EU legislation for data protection covering the UK’s Data protection act 1998. It will be enforced in the UK from 25 May 2018. Those who are non-compliant to GDPR will have penalties of €20 Million or 4% of global turnover (whichever is greater). So, get ready for GDPR and make your organisation GDPR compliant. The sooner, the better!
VPEF provides training to make you and your employees ready and prepared for GDPR, giving you the knowledge of what GDPR is, how it is will affect payroll and human resources in your organisation, and how to manage it.
Any member of an organisation, responsible for data collection and processing, can and should attend this training. Effectiveness is increased when entire staff acknowledges and is trained on the new requirements and changes.
The outcomes of this training course are to help you understand the difference between DPA and GDPR, and how GDPR affects payroll and HR in particular.
